RETURNS
AFS Goodies Galore does not except returns for pallets or individual item(s) that are bought and picked up at the store. We ask all customers to inspect their item(s) at pickup, whether assembled or in a box. Once an item leaves our warehouse all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds..
PICK-UP POLICIES
Items paid in full may be held in our warehouse for up to 5 days from the date of purchase. If any items have not been picked up after 5 days, the items will be restocked and all monies paid by the customer will be forfeited.
PICK-UP PROCEDURES
Please plan for appropriate transportation at the time of pick-up - we are very good at Tetris, but we can't help you fit a swimming pool into a two-door hatchback. Our business days and times are Monday thru Friday, from 9 am to 3 pm. Saturday's are by appointment only if employee's agree to meet you there. To schedule an appointment, contact customer service by phone number at the bottom of the page.
MERCHANDISE
We are a secondary market business. Everything we sell is one of the following : Overstock / Shelf Pulls / Customer Cancelations / Undeliverable / Discontinued / Open Box / Demo / Floor Model. These items might have any of the following : Resealed packaging, minor blemishes, extra or different packing material. We inspect each item that is not factory sealed as best as we can. We do not remove the item from the box if the item is visibly still in the original manufactures packaging, film wrap, heat sealed.
REFUND POLICY ON SHIPPED ITEM(S)
We have a 5-day return policy for shipped items, meaning you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. If your return is accepted, you will then have 5 days from receipt of your approval to deliver the item to the shipping carrier. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with an in-store credit. We do not offer cash refunds. Some credit card or pay app refunds may be accepted depending reason for return.
SHIPPING RETURNS
All return shipping costs will be paid by the consumer. AFS Goodies Galore will not be held liable for any damages incurred during the shipping process.
ONLINE RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, or unassembled, with tags, and in its original packaging we sent to you. We will request images that verify these conditions, and you’ll also need your proof of purchase and/or your receipt.
